STATE-OF-THE-ART LIPOSUCTION - BEST RESULTS
The prerequisite for liposuction is a confirmed diagnosis of lipoedema. Together with our surgical team, we perform every procedure under general anesthesia in a private clinic. Thanks to our broad range of knowledge and many years of experience in lipoedema treatment, we are familiar with all common liposuction methods (WAL, TLA) in detail and have access to all state-of-the-art and high-end products established on the market in the field of liposuction. For the benefit of our patients (and also because the results are both beautiful AND long-lasting), we now exclusively prefer the method of vibration-assisted liposuction (power-assisted liposuction). This is a particularly lymph-friendly and established liposuction technique. It can also be used to remove large amounts of diseased fatty tissue.
The aim of the operation is to reduce the diseased fatty tissue. This also relieves the surrounding tissue.

In contrast to many classic aesthetic surgeons, our maxim with liposuction is to only remove the maximum amount of fat that is medically justifiable. This is because the aim is not simply to "sculpt" the body, but to remove as many diseased fat cells as possible from an area; the aim is to alleviate discomfort. Depending on the individual conditions of the patient, this can be several liters per affected area.
Depending on the technology used, laser skin tightening is performed at the same time or after liposuction. If larger amounts of fat are removed by liposuction, surgical skin tightening may also be necessary. This is performed in a second operation.
After a thorough preliminary examination, we will determine together with you and our doctors which surgical procedure(s) is/are best suited to you and whether skin tightening makes sense. Pre-existing conditions will be taken into account, as will your age, state of health and dietary habits.

Of course, general anesthesia and volume loss are no walk in the park for your body. Whether circulatory problems or possible anemia - after every operation, the body needs a break to recover. That is why we operate on our patients exclusively in an inpatient setting with a night duty doctor who is in the clinic 24 hours a day and caring night nurses who will make your stay as pain-free and comfortable as possible.
What happens at the same time is the basis for your life 2.0: the typical lipoedema pain subsides after the operation. After the procedure, you should wear compression garments 24 hours a day for 6 weeks and have regular lymphatic drainage to promote the recovery of the tissue.
AFTERCARE: THE POST-OP KIT FOR BEST HEALING

Depending on your individual circumstances, conservative therapy may not be necessary after liposuction.
