Skin rejuvenation with exosomes
at PANTEA® in Munich
What is skin rejuvenation with autologous exosomes?
Treatment with autologous (the body's own) exosomes offers a state-of-the-art, natural method for skin rejuvenation and regeneration. Exosomes are tiny messenger substances that are released by the body's own cells. They play a key role in cell communication and promote healing processes and skin regeneration. At PANTEA, exosomes are extracted from the patient's own blood for this innovative therapy and introduced into the skin to specifically reduce wrinkles, improve scars, renew the skin structure or stimulate hair growth when treating the scalp.
Exosomes act as biostimulators by stimulating biological processes at the cellular level that contribute to regeneration, tissue healing and improvement of the skin's appearance.
Who is exosome treatment suitable for?
Treatment with autologous (body's own) exosomes is particularly suitable if natural rejuvenation with the body's own active ingredients is desired. As the exosomes come directly from your own cells, they are perfectly biocompatible and do not trigger any allergic reactions.
Exosomes are ideal for preventively regenerating the skin and improving signs of ageing. Hyperpigmentation (dark spots and uneven skin tone, including dark circles/eye shadows) can be reduced and scarring can be positively influenced.
Thanks to its anti-inflammatory effect, exosome therapy can reduce redness and irritation and soothe the skin in cases of inflammatory skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema and acne, as well as after medical skin treatments.
Exosomes can stimulate the hair follicles and thus promote hair growth, particularly in cases of hormonal hair loss (androgenetic alopecia).

Skin rejuvenation procedure with autologous exosomes with PANTEA®
The medical treatment takes place in one appointment at our practice in Munich and comprises several steps: from the consultation to the completed outpatient treatment.
1.
The first step is a detailed consultation in which your individual needs are assessed and a customized treatment plan is drawn up. The doctors at PANTEA® take enough time for you and clarify all your questions. Photo documentation and a physical examination are also carried out.
2.
We take a holistic approach at PANTEA® and are therefore not only there for you before and during treatment, but are also at your side after treatment.
3.
After analyzing the skin, a blood sample is taken. The blood is then processed using medical technology and the exosomes are isolated. During this process, the anesthetic cream can be applied to the areas of the body to be treated in order to keep the subsequent treatment pain-free. As a rule, the exosomes are then injected with a very fine, small needle. In combination treatments with the Morpheus8, however, topical application as a mask is also possible.
4.
On the day of treatment and afterwards, no special precautions need to be taken and no special features need to be taken into account.
5.
Follow-up appointments are made in consultation with the attending physician, depending on the healing process. Normally, no follow-up appointments are necessary.
6.
The first results are visible after 4-6 weeks. For optimum results, we recommend 2-3 treatments every 4 weeks and refresher treatments every 6-12 months for maintenance.

Advantages of skin rejuvenation with autologous exosomes with PANTEA®
Questions about skin rejuvenation with autologous exosomes:
Exosomes can be used on various parts of the body, especially the face, neck, décolleté and hands, to treat skin ageing and damage. They are also suitable for the scalp to combat hair loss and promote hair growth.
Cell communication, regeneration, anti-inflammation and improvement of the skin barrier: through these mechanisms, autologous exosomes support the natural regeneration and rejuvenation of the skin.
Exosomes transmit signals between cells, promote cell proliferation and support repair processes in the skin. They contain growth factors and other biological molecules that stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, resulting in improved skin texture. Exosomes have an anti-inflammatory effect, which is helpful for skin diseases and for soothing the skin. They promote hydration and strengthen the skin barrier, making the skin healthier and more resilient.
First, a blood sample is taken from the patient's own body. The exosomes are isolated from the cell supernatant by centrifugation and then further processed to prepare them for treatment.
Autologous exosomes are produced from the patient's own blood and contain a large number of biologically active molecules that are produced by the body's own cells. The most important ingredients include
- Growth factors: These promote cell proliferation and regeneration, stimulate collagen production and support the healing of tissue damage.
- Proteins and enzymes: They support cell communication, inflammation inhibition and the breakdown of damaged cell components.
- RNA and microRNA: These regulate gene expression and help to control cellular repair processes and reduce inflammation.
- Lipids: They are important for the stability of the exosome membrane and play a role in the transmission of signals between cells.
These ingredients work together to promote skin regeneration, reduce inflammation and improve skin texture.
Yes, depending on the individual skin condition, treatment with autologous exosomes can be combined with other aesthetic treatments to achieve optimal results. Combinations with skin-tightening procedures such as skin tightening without surgery with FOTONA 4D™ laser facelift or skin tightening without surgery with Morpheus8 are particularly promising. In a personal consultation, we can determine your individual treatment goals together and develop a customized treatment plan.
Initial improvements can often be visible after a few days, while full results are usually achieved after 4 to 6 weeks.
The number of autologous exosomes can be customized depending on personal needs and the desired results. It is usually recommended to perform a series of 2-3 treatments approximately four weeks apart to achieve optimal results. After this initial series, a booster treatment may be recommended every six to twelve months to maintain results, depending on skin condition and individual goals.
Most patients find the treatment very well tolerated. If necessary, a local anaesthetic can be used to minimize discomfort.
Treatment with autologous exosomes is very safe and has few side effects, but possible side effects can include redness, swelling, hematomas or slight pain at the injection site. These usually subside quickly. When using autologous exosomes, there is generally no risk of allergy as the exosomes are obtained from the patient's own blood. This minimizes the likelihood of immunological reactions or rejections that could occur with foreign (allogeneic) exosomes. The biocompatible nature of autologous exosomes ensures that they are well accepted by the body.
